What is
reflexology?
Often described as a type of foot massage, reflexology works with mapped reflex points in the feet that reflect anatomy and different areas of the body. Through relaxation techniques and targeted pressure, reflexology supports balance within the body while promoting deep relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Does reflexology
hurt?
Reflexology should not hurt. Most people find it deeply relaxing, with treatments pressure adjusted to your comfort level how your body feels on the day.
Some areas of the feet may feel tender or sensitive, but reflexology should never be painful or uncomfortable.
How often should I have reflexology
treatments?
This varies from person to person. Some clients choose regular weekly or fortnightly sessions for ongoing support and maintenance, while others attend as needed, especially during times of stress or when they feel out of balance.

What happens in a
session?
You are welcomed into a calm space, beginning with a short intake form and health review to help understand your areas of focus, any health concerns and how the session can best support you on the day. Reflexology focuses on the feet, so shoes and socks are removed and the feet are gently cleansed before the session begins. Treatment starts with relaxation techniques and continues to work throughout the body, focusing on areas that may require additional support and balance.
