About
Reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic treatment that works on reflex points in the feet to support overall health and wellbeing. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs on the day, whether that is deep rest, stress relief, or space to recalibrate, helping you feel balanced, restored, and at your best.

What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle therapy that works through specific reflex points on the feet, which correspond to different parts of the body. By stimulating these points, the treatment supports the nervous system, encourages natural healing, and helps release tension. Each session is tailored to your needs on the day, whether that means deep relaxation, stress relief, or simply creating space to reset.
Over time, reflexology can help improve circulation, ease discomfort, and promote a sense of overall balance and wellbeing.
Reflexology not only feels rejuvenating by activating thousands of nerve endings, but also works on both a physical and emotional level, allowing you to drift into a tranquil state. The result is a soothing experience that leaves you feeling balanced, restored, and at your best.
